Missing releases.xml #2
Description
Each package should have a releases.xml, similar to what's here: http://connect20.magentocommerce.com/community/Lib_Google_Checkout/releases.xml
I've tested creating packages from Magento, and this is not in the .tgz, so they are probably generating it.
