Missing docs, contributors guide or ".github" templates

The following are missing;

• Docs to explain the API - i.e. what functionality is documented behaviour and what is it expected to do
• Contributors guide - how do people contribute and are their any guidelines that ned to be followed
• No templates for pull requests or issues - typically this is done through files in the .github/ folder

🤔 I am not sure if there are any templates on how websdk projects should be set up, so that may be something that needs to be discussed first.

We should merge in zambezi/project, it's done us well in the Zambezi org and I think would do well here as well.
