Add different sounds to card scanned in or out #459
Description
At the moment it is difficult to spot whether a users card is activated or deactivated when scanned for the moderators sitting besides the screen.
If the sounds were different it would be easier for moderators to detect erroneous behaviour without paying as much attention.
