Support authenticated podcast feeds #27
Description
Some podcasts use username/password auth to make them accessible to subscribers only.
TODO:
- Update database schema to support storing of podcast username and password - securely.
- Update feedworker to use credentials when provided.
- Add UI to allow input of username and password when subscribing to authenticated podcasts
- Add UI to allow editing of username and password for authenticated podcasts
