atheros TX power settings issue

I installed wifibroadcast_bridge from sources on my raspberry pi 4b+ (and 3b+) with Atheros cards (AR9271)

Looks like It works, but I have this messages in logs:

In order to support changing the power of the ath9k wifi cards without reloading the driver you need this patch: https://github.com/webbbn/Open.HD-Kernel-Builder/blob/master/patches/ath9k_htc-misc.patch in the kernel driver.
