Allow passing an array or table directly to System to initalize

While our default workflow has been to take exisiting orbitize-like csv or txt input files with the appropriate format, I think it would be useful (especially with smaller projects, like checking the motion of an infinite distance stationary object) to pass a properly formatted array or astropy Table directly to the System class.
