No, the nonce here is 0:

    public static byte[] getAccountSeed(byte[] seedPhrase) {
        return getAccountSeed(seedPhrase, 0); // <-- "0" doesn't mean the absence of nonce

Do you distinguish between the terms "seed phrase" and "account seed"? I relied on this article in docs:

Why do you need this?

Why not? :) It is simpler to store all bytes in one place:

Bytes.concat(Bytes.fromInt(nonce), seedPhrase)
// vs
Bytes.concat(seedPhraseWithNonce)

You can create random "seed phrase" by these methods: https://github.com/wavesplatform/waves-crypto-java/blob/master/src/main/java/com/wavesplatform/crypto/Crypto.java#L23-L67

Actually, I create an account just by doing:

Hash.secureHash(seedPhrase)

Or even:

getAccountSeed(seedPhraseWithNonce.take(4), seedPhraseWithNonce.drop(4))

But this is too bulky :)
