[Bug]: Stuck on "Preparing Model..." forever (Sonoma)

System Information

Sorry I cannot provide the Pindrop system info for Bug Report since I cannot complete the setup of the app.
Here is some basic info instead (happy to provide more info if needed):
OS: Sonoma 14.7.5
Chip: M1 Pro
Pindrop version: 1.13.0

What happened?

During setup of the app, I choose any model from the list, it will download, and then get stuck at 85% forever with the message "Preparing Model..." I have waited more than an hour and tried various other models from the list but keep running into the same issue.

Expected Behavior

The model to load successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run through the initial setup, choosing a model from the list
2. Click next, wait for download to complete
3. The progress indicator is now stuck at 85%

I'm gonna get some comprehensive logging added around boot for the next release so that we can diagnose this better, but in the meantime can you confirm that your memory pressure is ok, disk isn't too full, etc? I assume it's not the case, but those issues could definitely cause the model prewarming to stall.

Check out the most recent version. If it's still happening give it 5 minutes or so, and then check ~/Library/Application Support/Pindrop/Logs/ for a log file. Upload that here if you can.
