[Bug]: App stops producing new transcriptions after working fine

Pindrop: 1.8.0 (3)
macOS: Version 26.2 (Build 25C56)
Chip: Apple Silicon
Model: parakeet-tdt-0.6b-v2

What happened?

1. I clicked record, I see the island appear
2. I speak a sentence
3. I stop the recording
4. The text is not inserted into the field, The transcript is not in my recent transcripts, the clipboard is empty
5. No errors are shown

The app works fine for an hour or two then this behavior appears. This has happened twice and is rectified by restarting the app.

Expected Behavior

The recording should be transcribed and be inserted into the text field or available in the recent transcriptions.

Steps to Reproduce

Maybe have the app running for an hour or make sure your MacBook goes to sleep?

1. I clicked record, I see the island appear
2. I speak a sentence
3. I stop the recording
4. The text is not inserted into the field, The transcript is not in my recent transcripts, the clipboard is empty
5. No errors are shown

The latest version includes some logging improvements. Please install it, reproduce the issue, and then attach the logs (you can find a button to open the logs directory in finder in Settings -> About).
