Create new db table: treetypes or trees for unique tree names

common, scientific, genus, family, species, height, spread, longevity, native range,
dormancy, moisture, sun, etc.

We may have to have alternate fields for multiple common names.

I am adding this as a separate issue than migrations waterthetrees/wtt_front#29 in case you don't want to combine this project as they are both pretty big projects. Feel free to un-assign yourself @jazhen if you'd prefer they are separate.
