Nothing downloads...only getting errors

Go to the search tab, then click verify on the current download. Else enable manual download in settings and try again.

Nope. Nothing like that. It just says download failed. Sometimes it will say mental certification needed. When I tap that, it will take me to a different screen and then it still fails
