prompt for "From:" address

I often use multiple email accounts on the same system, and having a prompt when I press `m` to compose a new mail to fill in the "From:" portion of the mail would save me a few keystrokes and let me use the address book stuff to fill it in. This could show up before it prompts for "To:", for example.
