Subject: [PATCH] Update broken link in datastructures.md file.

Broken link for "A paper about [modern use of B-trees]" shows the resulting web page with "{"message":"Token is required"}

I found the original 2011 pdf in at archive.org.

I replaced the old link:

with

https://web.archive.org/web/20160917171253/http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.219.7269&rep=rep1&type=pdf

The pdf from 2011 seems to come from this original  Y Combinator Hacker News post from Oct 5, 2017. The link to the Y Combinator Hacker News post is below.
