U+0F35 and U+0F37 should be ignored

Just as an example, `U+0F35 TIBETAN MARK NGAS BZUNG NYI ZLA` and `U+0F37 TIBETAN MARK NGAS BZUNG SGOR RTAGS`, used to create a similar effect to underlining or to mark emphasis, should be ignored for text processing operations such as search.
