Error 422 "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." when adding a new template

Hello,

I tried to add a new template, by clicking the "add a new file" button on github UI in the template/cg folder.

As usual, github ask me to fork the repository first, but when clicking the "Fork this repositoy" it trigger an error:

An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.

And looking at the console, I see a 422 error:

POST https://github.com/w3c/onboarding/new/master/template/cg HTTP/2 422

I successfully created a Pull Request by going another way:

• forking the repo first
• editing my fork
• creating a PR
