Problems with & in description

If & is used within a description without a space after ; the feed will be valid, but there is a recommendation "Invalid HTML: Named entity expected. Got none." If you put a space behind & it is ok.

A similar Bug: The String "1&1" in a title field results in "title should not contain HTML: &1;".
However "A&B" has no warning.
