DPV LOV submission management

Through discussions with the LOV maintainers, we have the following arrangement (see minutes 21 JAN 2026): Whenever we have a new version of DPV, we should share a spreadsheet with the IRIs, link to turtle files, and author metadata. Ideally, this can be automated as part of the release and the spreadsheet generated automatically as all required information is present in the RDF files.

• create spreadsheet schema/format to share with LOV
• check which metadata is present in RDF files
• check where this metadata is being generated in code
• add new code to generate the required LOV update spreadsheet

Once the above has been finalised, we only need to submit the latest version of DPV to LOV. Currently, it is v2.1. However, we should have v2.2 in approx. 2 weeks, so we can start with that.
