Incorrect latest published version IRI for modules

I opened https://w3c.github.io/dpv/2.1/dpv/modules/legal_basis.html and it has a banner that it isn't the latest published version. Then I clicked on the latest published version, which is https://w3c.github.io/dpv/dpv/modules/legal_basis However, that doesn't result in a document that is similar to the 2.1 version and also shows a 404 error.

Instead, I think it should be https://w3c.github.io/dpv/2.2/dpv/modules/legal_basis.html (e.g. 2.2. instead of 2.1).

The issue is that w3id config has no info on redirecting the module IRI to the correct place. This should be fixed by adding a rewrite condition as dpv/modules/<module> to <latest-version>/dpv/modules/<module>. The second issue is that the latest version IRI in the document is incorrect, it has two dpv in the path instead of just one. Fixing this is possible -- we manually edit the files being served, and also update the w3c published documents.
