Ensure P7012 concepts extend core DPV concepts

The concepts in P7012 should extend relevant DPV concepts. E.g. p7012:ServiceDelivery should extend dpv:ServiceProvision.

Should we add the IEEE qualifier for these concepts too?

@bact I don't think its needed within the concepts themselves; I am also unsure whether it should be Endpoint or 7012Endpoint but have kep the naming as it was agreed with Iain and Beatriz from earlier.

With the namespace, it can be either IEEE7012Endpoint or Endpoint.

7012Endpoint feels something is missing.

a586a58 is too big to review in GitHub's current (new) experience. As it's a bare commit, and not part of a PR, I cannot even switch back to the old experience, which often lets people review things the new experience chokse on.

Hi. The 'largeness' is probably because it includes lots of auto-generated outputs. The actual changed sources are the CSVs, metadata e.g. vocab-management, and HTML templates. If you're interested in reviewing the work, please let us know beforehand and we'll loop you in as the changes are being made/discussed. Thanks - Harsh
