confusion on the use of titles vs name in csvw.org/guides

Is csvw.org (powered by a non existing swirrrl.com) somehow related to the w3c csvw initiative?

The main guide at csvw.org placed us on a wrong path, assuming the name element in csvw refers to the column header, however @KathiSchleidt correctly pointed us on the fact that the titles element actually refers to the column header.

Is there an option to have this fixed on csvw.org? Or make more clear that csvw.org is outside the influence of w3c.

Swirrl was bought out by TPXImpact. I'm not sure of the current state of maintenance of csvw.org but hopefully he can provide more detail.
