Implement super class for Purchase manager with respective functionalities

Expected Behavior

we want a super class for purchase manager which contains all common variables, initialization, functions and observers so when the children classes would be initialized, those common features won't be redundant.

Super class is created. Common variables and functions are added in super class. Different types of functionalities still remain in the children class. This is basic task, more will be added in time.

Today I've also added some functionalities in the same class, required for Wallet activity and manager.
We should keep the ticket in progress status until other UI classes completed their functionalities, as requirements are continuously being added on demand. @W3-Anjan
