Requirements file is out of sync #28
Description
I belive some of the dependabot pulls have broken the requirements compatibility with one another :)
I will circle back with more details ASAP, downgrading urllib back to 1.24 and removing chardet from the requirements file seems to be a temporary (though potentially insecure) solution
