strange .tmp file detected by win defend

After running this for a while probably windows defender creates a .tmp file of this. finds out about .tmp file and tags it as voidgate/....
removing the tmp file however the normal executable didnt get removed?

I used procmon and other similar stuff logging events at kernel level this executable did not create that so In my assumption windows defender created a scan file of it.
