Suggestion: Add debian-goodies as a prerequisite for Debian/Ubuntu targets to enable checkrestart functionality

First and foremost, thank you for developing and maintaining Vuls—it's an invaluable tool for vulnerability scanning and management.

While configuring Vuls for Debian and Ubuntu servers, I observed that the checkrestart utility is utilized to identify processes that require restarting after package upgrades. However, checkrestart is part of the debian-goodies package, which isn't installed by default on these distributions.

Upon reviewing the documentation, I noticed that the necessity of installing debian-goodies to enable checkrestart isn't explicitly mentioned. This omission might lead to incomplete scan results, as Vuls may not detect processes needing a restart, potentially leaving systems vulnerable.

Suggestion:

Please consider updating the documentation to explicitly state that installing the debian-goodies package is required on Debian/Ubuntu target servers to utilize the checkrestart functionality effectively.

Including this information would greatly assist users in setting up Vuls correctly and ensuring comprehensive vulnerability assessments.
