Hangs in Windows

This always seems to hang in Windows for some reason.

> ember install ember-cli-tachyons-shim
npm: Installed ember-cli-tachyons-shim
installing ember-cli-tachyons-shim
  install package tachyons
npm: Installed tachyons@4.9.1

It will hang there indefinitely. The two files are created in vendor/. Not sure how to debug but let me know if there's anything I can provide.

Hi @lllama! I am sorry but I no longer maintain this add-on. I am not aware of recent developments in the Ember ecosystem so I think it's best you refer their official guides and community for best practices.

Sorry about getting back after almost 2 years later. I am considering adding a note and archiving the repo as well.
