Initially, run createDB.php and login as an administrator with the following credentials:
Username: admin
Password: 123456
and create the table where the form data will be stored.
By registering and logging in as a user, you are able to submit forms.
Logging in as the admin allows you to look at all the submitted forms or search for specific ones by applying filters.
