Not following up on questions? (WSL)

It asks me some questions in the ui, then when it's done, it shows "thinking" but never follows up, the question answers are stored properly but i have to interrupt and ask it to fetch answers.
Also no matter how much I instruct it, the questions don't have an "Other" freetext option, so i'm stuck on what it said.

No errors in console.

Running on latest opencode in WSL
