something wrong happened, I printed the intermediate result, their will be a result id is [0], which corresponding to [0,0], which is not in the data list. Is there something wrong with your code?

Which task are you running, tsp or convex hull?

I use misc/tsp.py or misc/convex_hull.py to generate the training data, also you can see data_utils.py for I/O, so maybe you need to change the data_utils.py script or your data format?
