Create new navigation tab and page for our "Points of Radiance" #25

We realized that we need to clarify for people what The Radiant Project mission and vision is in a really simple and concise way. This new Mission page would be very simple and just have an outline of the mission, vision, and characteristics/ways of life of a radiant person.
I know you are just getting back to work. So I feel awkward asking you for your technical magic right now. Your help on this would be super helpful and amazing. However, I totally understand if you can't do it right now. An option if you can't... since this would be a relatively simple page, is there a way for me to do it on my end? If you can do it, let me know and I can give you a visual example to have as your template.
