[FEATURE] Add (source) records within the form #50

Unchained features a lot of configurability. Are you sure the feature is not part of existing configuration?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I need to have all the source records predefined, before I can create a new record, This is sometimes very cumbersome when adding log entries, where all sources need to be updated.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally dynamically adding source records from the "new entity" form. Perhaps a popup window with minimal required fields. The source selectors should then refresh.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Running through all the sources beforehand or setting the correct values afterwards.
Additional context
I have a "logging" app that uses three (3) source choices.
