Zipato Bulb V2

The CONFIGURATION_SET commands have changed in V2 of the Zipato Bulb. Would it be possible to have the plugin updated to take this into account? They are as follows,

1. Configuration option 2 is used to adjust strobe light interval. Values range from 0 to 25 in intervals of 100 ms.
   CONFIGURATION NUMBER: 2
   SIZE: 1
   VALID VALUES RANGE: 0~25
   DEFAULT VALUE: 0

2.   Configuration option 3 is used to adjust strobe light pulse count. Values range from 0 to 120 and a special value 127 (0x7F) which sets infinite flashing.

VALID VALUES RANGE: 0~120 and 127
DEFAULT VALUE: 0

3. Configuration option 4 is used to enable random strobe pulse colors. Values range are 0(turn off) or 1(turn on).
   CONFIGURATION NUMBER: 4
   SIZE: 1
   VALID VALUES RANGE: 0 or 1
   DEFAULT VALUE: 0
