GPU Support

First-class support for GPU use cases is a goal of this project. This includes the following:

1. Modifications to documentation specifying how workers must setup podman on their device to enable GPU access from container (User Documentation #3 )
2. Updating the scheduler to take into consideration GPU requirements
3. Updating the worker registration API to specify GPU specs
4. Update all problem APIs to include GPU details
