minimap2 settings

Hi,
I have a problem with minimap2 settings. When I try to use rb to obtain saffire file on the basis on existing paf I receive the error:

What is the reason?

I would guess the cigar tag is missing. Running minimap2 with -c and --eqx should fix that.
