If sendproxy isn't loaded, it can't be the cause of your crash.

But in extension folder are exists sendproxy.ext.dll and pdb files and sendproxy.txt is in gamedata from your release. I use SourceMod 1.7.3-dev+5280.
Where is the point ?

I need load manually your extension before use, why is not loaded automatically on plugin use ?

It should be automatically loaded when a plugin that uses sendproxy is loaded (unless the plugin had AUTOLOAD_EXTENSIONS undefined when compiled).

Alternatively, you can create an empty sendproxy.autoload file in the extensions directory and SM will automatically load it.

Does the crash still occur when the plugin isn't loaded?

If it's caused by that plugin, can you provide any more crash information like a stack trace or anything? Also, consider installing the accelerator extension to make crash handling a little bit easier if you're not familiar with gdb and friends.
