Thoughts After 500 Jobs In...

1. An Option to set default for Yes/No questions. - Seeing a lot of "are you able to?" questions being answered "No" which invalidates most of the applications.
2. Are you Covid Vaccinated? I think most users would want to be able to set the answer to this.
3. Set date fields to current date. Questions like when can you start, signing dates, etc.
4. "have you ever worked for?" questions should default to "No"
5. "do you know anyone at?" questions should default to "No"
6. "do you have xyz certificate/license?" questions should default to "No"

Anyway will try to update with more as i think about them. Hoping to upload the whole unprepared questions doc in a week or so to collect a large sample.
