Responsive font sizes

For now we can focus on two breakpoints: 2k (1440px) and 4k (2560px). App looks good on 2k screens with 150% scaling (most laptops) so we can adjust the breakpoints as we see fit. It will require some testing. We can use MUI responsive typography but not in the full extent since it has too many breakpoints.
