What am i supposed to provide into the factory function of TypeScript client?

It does not look like it takes WebSocket object or it's send(data) method.

You can use two TypeScript client generation modes:

1. Factory-based. Example implementation: ts sandbox
2. Interface polymorphism-based. More efficient because there is no runtime factory object. Example implementation: ts sandbox

I see, so i'm supposed to provide my own transport. Exactly what i was hoping to avoid by using code-generation tools, especially looking at generator implementations for other languages that do provide them, at least for HTTP.
