feat: integrate with create-vllnt-app as addon

[bntvllnt]

Wire into create-vllnt-app so that `vllnt add analytics` works:

• Installs @vllnt/analytics
• Generates analytics provider wrapper in app layout
• Adds consent banner component
• Updates .env.example with POSTHOG_KEY or custom endpoint
• Updates CLAUDE.md with analytics rules
