π What happened?
It looks like most explorers equate "Transactions" with wrapper transactions and "Messages" with inner transactions. Also, none of the explorers I checked allow you to search by inner tx hash.
This can be confusing because:
- Namada CLI and frontends like Namadillo can be inconsistent about returning a wrapper tx hash or inner tx hash result
- users might be used to thinking of a single action (like a transfer) as a single transaction, and might only be thinking in terms of the inner tx hash as "the transaction hash"
- regardless, it should be possible to directly search for any inner tx hash without having to work out which wrapper tx contains it

π‘ Suggestions or Fix Ideas (optional)
Suggested implementation would be similar to namada.world, where you can search by either wrapper hash or inner tx hash. From the wrapper tx view, you can click to see details about any of its inner txs. And from the inner tx view, there's a link back to its containing wrapper (which is available from the namada-indexer endpoint).
Several explorers are already mostly there, since they display the inner tx contents when you lookup a wrapper. They just need to implement the search by inner tx hash functionality.
It might also be worth changing terminology used from Transactions/Messages to Wrapper Transactions/Inner Transactions, just for the sake of consistency.
