Files Don't Update after AI Edit #1143

Hey I think I found a bug in the AI system:
I asked the AI to apply the new columns for the scatter plot for my new dataset, which it did, but it also seemed to mess with the other useEffect under the hood.
After the AI was done it looked the same.
But after I got some weird errors saying unexpected characters on lines that looked fine, so i reloaded and it suddenly looked like this:
