packaging: audit umbrella CMake exports for module completeness #220
Description
Verify that the umbrella build correctly exports all module targets
(vix::cli, vix::p2p, vix::middleware, etc.) via the install/export set.
Ensure:
- no missing targets
- consistent namespace usage
- deterministic import order
