feat: Webhook & Slack/Discord alerting #204
Description
Push alert notifications for cost spikes, agent failures, security issues, and anomalous behavior to Slack, Discord, Telegram, or arbitrary webhooks.
Why: Every competitor (Langfuse, Helicone, PostHog) supports alerting integrations. For ClawMetry to be a must-have for teams, it needs to meet operators where they already are.
Scope:
- Configurable alert destinations: webhook URL, Slack channel, Discord channel, Telegram chat
- Alert types: cost threshold, agent error rate spike, security posture change, anomalous token usage
- Alert templates with customizable messages
- Mute/snooze controls
- Test alert button in UI
