feat: Cost alerting & budget enforcement #200
Description
Real-time alerts when daily/weekly spend exceeds configurable thresholds. Hard budget caps that can pause non-critical agents/crons when limits are hit.
Why: Cost unpredictability is the #1 OpenClaw user pain point (Reddit, HN). Helicone and PostHog both ship cost analytics now. ClawMetry needs to go further with enforcement, not just visibility.
Scope:
- Per-agent and per-session spend tracking (already have data)
- Configurable alert thresholds (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Webhook/email/Telegram notifications on threshold breach
- Optional hard cap: pause non-critical agents when budget exceeded
- Dashboard widget showing burn rate + projected monthly cost
