problem uploading, only upload 3 videos

Hi, before that I really appreciate your efforts, this is an amazing tool

So, now, the issue ... :)

I'm running it in my local linux environment, I have 10 episodes, and uploaded to youtube only 3, this is the log, after the latest ffmpeg conversion:

I look the ffmpeg log:

[flv @ 0x1c202e0] Codec for stream 1 does not use global headers but container format requires global headers
[flv @ 0x1c202e0] FLV does not support sample rate 48000, choose from (44100, 22050, 11025)
[flv @ 0x1c202e0] Audio codec mp3 not compatible with flv

I will add the sample rate as a configurable parameter like the BACKGROUND_IMAGE and set the default to 44100

great ! My mp3 is in 44800 or something like that and fails ... but with this config it works ;)
