Dell G16 7630, Ubuntu 24.01. Not controlling fans

Hi, I installed the tool but it looks like it has no effect on the fan speed. The fan speed is 0 if the CPU is cooler than 70 degrees and I cannot change it with any tool. Secure boot is disabled. Should I downgrade to older Ubuntu? Or install additional drivers?
