If you ask the bios to run the fans at full speed, the left fan is ~3k rpm and the right fan is ~4k rpm. However if you `i8kctl fan 2 2` the max fan speed is 1.8k & 2.9k i8kctl fan 3 3 doesn't work (filing separate ticket - https://github.com/vitorafsr/i8kutils/issues/32 )
