DNSDIST - operator

communicate with dnsdist auth/recur servers to make configuration updates. (e.g. adding dns spoof records for GSLB services)

Synchronization

Should periodically read current dnsdist configuration, and make updates accordingly to the wanted state from the GSLB - operator.
