update interface to use natural sort order for facets #111
Description
some facet options have a natural sort other than alphabetical. for example, audience level should go in increasing order (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- update dictionary to include level ordering
- update facet bar to use level ordering from dictionary where it exists
