Allow instance specific configuration #33
Description
Because the configurations live in a global object, it's not currently possible to have 2 instances of Arte on the page with different configurations. Many multiple instance use cases can be covered by having multiple toolbars, but options like separate class name regexs for a command would require configurations bonded to the instance rather than the global config object.
