Description

To make it easier for people to build and run this project locally, it requires clear instructions on how to build, setup and run the application and the associated Google Project in GCP.

Acceptance Criteria

• The README contains:
  • Pre-requesites to build and run the application
  • Instructions on how to setup the Google Project
  • Instructions on how to create the credentials for OAuth to use
  • Instructions on how to create the service account to access the Storage Buckets
  • Instructions on what goes into application.yml file to start the application
